Samaritans offer confidential support to anyone going through a crisis or thinking of taking their own lives.

Samaritans vision is for a society in which fewer people die by taking their own lives, people are able to express their feelings, and people are able to acknowledge and respect the feelings of others.

samaritans volunteers are always available 24 hours everyday

Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre branch of the Samaritans has been established for nearly thirty years. We are one of more than two hundred Samaritan branches across the United Kingdom.

We have over eighty active volunteers but we are always looking for more listening volunteers, and also need volunteers to help with fundraising, general duties and in our shop.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life, and are all ages! Please contact us if you need our support, or would like to volunteer, or if you can help support us!
